The CEO has been involved with knowing employees and how they worked in his two corporate jobs over a span of over 25 years. His observations and insight into what makes for satisfied ‘workers’ or employees and happy entrepreneurs is what is has gone into this group
With India moving towards its destiny as the largest developed ‘open’ nation which can drive the ‘Open’ world, its people need to be able to be able to Know and Manage Themselves, People and Work. If each one of us understands how s/he is the Centre of Her/his Universe, all else falls in place

Natarajan Venkateswaran
Natarajan Venkateswaran is the idea behind WCIB. He has over 27 years of experience in people management and has the ability to lead and help teams bring out their best while at the same time, enjoy their work and personal time. He has worked in various roles with Xerox (1992-2001) and Tata AIA Life (2001-2016) with his last assignment being Vice President, National Head Agency Development – Recruitment. He currently Consults organizations on Transformational Change in the area of Risk Management, Sales & Business Management, and Human Resources Management. Since 2016, he has focused on building Teams with Large and MSMEs as well as reached out to Students to help them find a way to better build their careers. A Graduate of Commerce and Post Graduate in Business Management in 1993, he is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute, US as well as Associate, Insurance Regulations and Compliance; Associate, Insurance Agency Administration; and Associate, Customer Service. He is also an Associate Financial Planner, Risk Analysis and Insurance Planning and Associate Financial Planner Retirement Planning and Employee Benefits from the Financial Planning Standards Board (CFP) India and is a Qualified IIA Broking professional
He has been invited for panel discussions and as a guest faculty at IMT Ghaziabad, Amity Business School and has presented papers on Training at Marcus Evans Conference, Bangkok, and at the ICC Insurance Conference at Kolkata. He has conducted NHRD sessions / webinars on Employee Engagement and other areas of Business HR. He is a Gold Certified Tata Business Excellence Assessor from Tata Quality Management Services
With Sleeve rolled up and hands on experience in Sales, and Training while at Xerox and Tata AIA, he has an aptitude to go into the details and help people understand the importance of managing what is important
Having led the Corporate Learning & Development team at Tata AIA, he has exceptional understanding of what learners want and creates an experiential learning environment which results in subsequent ‘Self Directed learning’. He has conducted Senior Leadership Programs and Assessments for the Senior Teams based on Values and developed on the lines of the Leadership Practices and changing market dynamics
At Tata AIA he headed the National Head Agency Development – Pioneered Agency Recruitment Tools, was Human Resources Head (North and East) – National Best Practices on Employee Engagement, Corporate L&D Training Head – Pioneered Leadership Practice based Training Measurement, National Account Head for UBI & PNB Principal– Best in class Field Sales Officer role model in AIA and other roles
