Its only those who are clear about what they want to be, who will get to be where they want. Its very important therefore that all of us not only worry about what we want to do, but also worry about what others want to do. We are all interdependent. If there is going to be large scale unemployment, there will be unrest and even those having jobs will not be able to do their work well in fear of how they can retain their jobs

In 2019 US jobs increased by 2.1 million – that means in a developed economy the non farm number of jobs employed 22 lacs individuals*. In a country like India where an estimated 1.1 Crore youngsters join the employable age EVERY YEAR, can any govt or private sector create sufficient jobs / opportunities to absorb the new addition?
